Parallel or sequence?

The two modes solve different timing problems. Use parallel mode when several things are already happening at once. Use sequence mode when the next step should start only after the previous one ends.

ParallelIndependent timers that overlap.Pasta 10:00, sauce 18:00, garlic bread 6:00.
SequenceSteps that should advance automatically.Warm-up 5:00, work 20:00, break 5:00, review 10:00.

Good for

  • Cooking steps that finish at different times.
  • Classroom stations or rotation blocks.
  • Workout circuits and timed drills.
  • Facilitated agendas with repeated steps.
